The staff is really nice. We went there for my birthday and got the prime rib! Love the real horseradish! Plus the ROLLS! OMG! For being a chain they seem to have a really great team that works together because they were all laughing and seemed to get along!!
Was at Texas roadhouse today, April 2, 2025 Service was phenomenal. Our waitress,Cori, was spot on. We ordered drinks appetizers and food, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Everything was cooked to our liking !!! fast, friendly and delicious.
Our last night here in NY state, and we came here. Things I look for at any restaurant are good service, good food, and pleasant wait staff. We were greeted by a friendly trio of ladies; taken right to our table, and in less than a minute, our waiter, Cody, came up and introduced himself. He was very friendly and energetic and made sure we understood the menu. He took our drink order and appetizer order and came back back very quickly with our drinks. The appetizers were very good as well as our meals. I had the bone in ribeye. Very tasty and cut very well. The others at our table had salmon, porkchop, & pulled pork. All of it was delicious. Cody made sure our glasses were always filled. Cody made our dinner experience memorable. Whenever we come back in town, we will visit again
Make sure you call ahead to reserve your seat. The staff is always great, and the food is so filling. Lots of bang for your buck. The rolls are legendary like they say. Texas Roadhouse is a favorite of our family. So glad for this location in our area. The managers always make rounds to make sure things are going well, which means a lot. Only con.. is the hours that they aren't open for lunch during the week.
Don't often review chains but gotta say I just had a great time at the roadhouse! Apps were decent, bread service was amazing, steak was a nice cut Texas ribeye and very well prepared, ribs were pretty good. Place was packed to the gills on a Tuesday night. Service was a 10/10. Shout out to Jadon and all the other staff who were quick and friendly really strong teamwork. Overall pretty cool Americana vibes. Would go back.
Waiter was so kind and nice he made my entire day and the food was so good I felt like I was in a dream
It was my second time at Texas Roadhouse, and it was a much better experience than my first time. The service this time around was excellent. Our waitress came around a handful of times to check on us. She was polite, pleasant, and attentive. We ordered the blooming onion for our appetizer. It was small from what I remembered many years ago. I ordered the 8oz hand-cut sirloin, and my daughter ordered the smothered chicken. Both meals came with two choices of sides. I shared mine with my son, so I ordered mashed potato with gravy and Mac n cheese. The sirloin was very tender, and I was pretty surprised by that. Mashed potato and gravy wasn't bad, and Mac n cheese was quite good. The atmosphere there is always nice.
Seated faster than any other visit to this particular Texas roadhouse. Our staff was courteous and quick. Food was to order and bread and drinks were regularly refilled. My steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I wish it was quieter but I don't blame the restaurant for that.
